TERMS OF SERVICE.

 
GENERAL1. i have the right to refuse commissions that i feel uncomfortable with.2. i have the right to post the finished and watermarked commission work on my social platforms a week after delivering it.3. you can post the finished artwork or use it on your social platforms with credits to me, the artist. the art you commission can be used for personal use only. please do not use it for commercial use without prior communication with me.4. PLEASE DO NOT FEED MY ART TO AI or claim the art was created by you.5. if you have an oc / self insert in the commissioned work, please send a reference of the character. furthermore, if there is a particular pose or setting that you have in mind, please send in reference images for those as well.6. please provide ID ( with personal details except for birthdate censored out ) proof if you are requesting a suggestive commission.7. i may feature my finished work on my portfolio.

 
PAYMENT & DELIVERY1. half of the payment should be provided at the start of the commission and the rest must be paid when the work is finished with.2. commissions will usually take ~ 5 days to a week to finish, depending on where you are on the waitlist. i will let you know when i do start working on your commission and send in a rough sketch.3. i will only continue with the commission when the initial sketch has been approved of by the customer.4. i will only allow a few minor revisions during the sketch phase and one minor revision when the work has been completed.5. all deliveries are digital only and will be done via discord or gmail.REFUNDS1. i will not be taking refunds after the artwork is past the sketch phase or has been finished with, unless there was an error on my end.2. however if the client has not received any updates on the commission, they have the right to cancel the work and request a refund.SLOTS AVAILABLE1. taken2. open3. open4. open
